How long is delivery?
12–18 days to Sweden (1–3 days handling plus 10–15 days shipping). Orders outside Sweden take a little longer. Every order gets a tracking number by email.
Are there extra charges on delivery?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Swedish VAT is included, and the EU import customs duty is paid by us before the parcel ships. You do not need to collect the parcel from customs.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your own country's rules may apply. If against expectation you are asked to pay a charge on delivery within the EU, email us the receipt and we will reimburse you.
Do I need anything besides the kit?
Just an ordinary tealight. Everything else – wax, spoon, stamp – is included.
Does the seal survive the post?
Our wax is flexible letter wax based on EVA copolymer, not brittle sealing lacquer, so it does not crack as easily as the classic kind. Postal sorting machines are still hard on anything with height. If you want to be certain the seal arrives intact: press it onto a loose seal sticker and attach that to the envelope, or send the letter in a padded envelope.
Do the designs fit every handle?
Yes. Every Sigilla design (Ø 25 mm) has the same thread and fits the handle in the kits.
What about returns?
30 days from the day of delivery. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Email us and we will sort out the rest.
Is it difficult?
No – the first seal usually works on the second attempt. Melt, pour, press for five seconds, lift.
