Terms of service
1. Seller
Brand: Sigilla. Full seller details – company name, registration number, address and VAT number – are on the Company information page. Contact: info@sigillakit.se.
2. Prices
All prices are stated in SEK including Swedish VAT and are converted at checkout if you are shopping in another currency. Shipping is added and shown at checkout before you confirm. Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK within Sweden.
3. Orders
A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event of an incorrect price or if the item is out of stock.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
See the Delivery page. The checkout price includes Swedish VAT, and the EU import customs duty is paid by us. No charges are added on delivery within the EU.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Sigilla offers 30-day returns to all customers. See the Right of withdrawal page.
7. Complaints
Under Swedish consumer law, faults may be reported for up to three years. See the Returns page.
8. Safety
Sealing wax is melted over a tealight with an open flame. Never leave a lit candle unattended and keep the product out of reach of children.
9. Disputes
Swedish law applies. In the event of a dispute we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). If we cannot reach agreement you may refer the matter to ARN free of charge, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. If you are shopping from another EU country you may also contact the European Consumer Centre.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
