Delivery times
Our products ship from our supplier's warehouse outside the EU. Estimated time from order to delivery:
- Sweden: 12–18 days (1–3 days handling + 10–15 days shipping)
- Rest of the EU: 14–20 days
- Outside the EU: 14–25 days, depending on destination and customs
You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships.
Shipping cost
- Sweden: 65 SEK
- Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK – within Sweden only
- All other countries: 299 SEK regardless of order value, shown converted at checkout
VAT and charges
The price you see is the price you pay. Swedish VAT of 25 % is already included, and the EU import customs duty is paid by us before the parcel ships.
You do not need to collect the parcel from customs, and no handling fee is added on delivery within Sweden or the EU.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your own country's duty and tax rules may apply. Those are outside our control.
If against expectation you are asked to pay a charge on delivery within the EU, email info@sigillakit.se with the receipt and we will reimburse you.
If delivery is delayed
If your order has not arrived within 25 working days, email info@sigillakit.se and we will sort it out. You are entitled to cancel the purchase if delivery substantially exceeds the time promised.
