Returns
We want you to be happy with what you receive. If you are not, we accept returns within 30 days (Sigilla's own returns policy). If you are an EU consumer, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal always applies alongside it.
How to return
- Email info@sigillakit.se and quote your order number.
- You receive a return address and instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack the item so it is not damaged in transit.
- Send it back within 14 days of telling us.
Who pays return shipping
You pay return shipping when you withdraw from the purchase or use the 30-day returns policy. If the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent, we pay.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of you showing that it has been sent, to the same payment method you used.
Damaged or faulty items
Contact us with a photo within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Complaints
Under Swedish consumer law you may report a fault in the item for up to three years. Contact us and we will sort it out.
